The Menopause has been difficult for me. I feel a lot of uneasiness and physical discomfort that I wish I didn’t have. I feel like my hormone levels are going crazy, my children are already complaining about my behaviour and my husband has expressed his difficulty in understanding me. I wish I wasn’t going through all this.

I know that all women experience the Menopause eventually, it’s just a fact of life, but some women suffer more than others.

Some of the symptoms I have been experiencing include, difficulty concentrating, forgetting simple things, trouble sleeping and physical pains like headaches, joint pains, and gastrointestinal problems.

Sometimes I experience an irregular heartbeat, I get dizzy at times too. I am unsure if my dizziness is caused by the Menopause or hypertension. I know that blood pressure can fluctuate during Menopause and hypotension can cause dizziness. Normal blood pressure should be around 120/80 mmHg but post-menopausal women tend to have an increase of 5 mmHg. I was told that I my have low blood pressure because my body’s ability to progesterone and oestrogen is gradually ceasing.

I am going to start hormone replacement therapy, hopefully this course of treatment will help relieve some of my symptoms so I can live a normal life again.

If you use computers regularly then you are not unaccustomed to repairs. It is guaranteed that at some point your computer will start to run slow or even crash all together if you are a newbie to technology, which most of us are. The most common complaint by far is that a users computer is running much slower than when it was purchased. Of course they always want to know what is the reason for this slow down, but no one ever wants to hear that they are the cause.

The key to keeping your computer running smoothly and efficiently is regular maintenance. Just as your automobile needs to have its oil and fluids checked, computers require old programs and files to be cleaned out and anti-virus/spyware protection installed and updated. There are a host of reasons why your computer might be slow so taking your PC in to an Ontario computer repair for a pro to look at it is probably a very good idea.

If the reason for the slow down is a virus or Trojan horse there is a strong possibility that you may not even be able to attempt repair yourself as these malicious programs can thwart your attempts to circumvent them. Leaving the technicians as your only hope. Once a service person has access to your system they can determine the extent of the damage or infiltration, sweep out the infected files, and determine the best steps to keep your system healthy from then on. This tune up should tweak your system back into full efficiency again!

Most users never take into account that a computer, as with anything else, collects dust and debris and should there for be cleaned out. This leads to another common issue, which is over heating. With so much dirt, hair, and debris inside a computer the fans get bogged down and cannot move the air enough to cool the computers components leading to slow performance and even PC death. You do not want to have to pay for components to be replaced and minimal cleaning will prevent this.

Lastly physical space on your hard drive is limited and when it becomes permeated with file fragments and useless old files speed is the first thing that is diminished. The easy fix is routine disk dragmentation and cleaning out of the registry. Your Ontario computer repair technician should set up a plan that is right for you to keep you on track!

I will be giving you some introduction to a lens that I recently purchased, the Tokina 35mm macro lens. This lens was released in 2008 by Tokina. Note that Tokina and Pentax is under the umbrella of one company, Hoya. Therefore, you are expected to see two variants of this lens. The first one is this Tokina 35mm lens and the second one is the Pentax SMC DA 35mm f/2.8 macro Limited lens. The cooperation between the two companies led us to believe that they both have the same optical structure put in slightly different build quality. Both lenses are certainly very interesting. Despite their short focal length, they are meant for macro photography. This lens has a 1:1 macro magnification ratio and a minimum focusing distance of only a mere 14 centimeters. Although a bit unusual, I have to say that this lens is very sharp, even when compared to longer macro lens.

I have also bought the Tokina 100mm lens to complement the Tokina 35mm lens. You can use this lens to capture any kind of small subjects. However, it is only meant to capture non-moving subject due to the noisy autofocus. Therefore, it is hard to imagine using this lens for shooting small bugs. This lens is much more useful for shooting numismatics or anywhere where the subject cannot spread their wings and run away from you. A positive feature of this lens is the fact that when it is used on a cropped sensor or APS-C sensor, it becomes an equivalent of the classic 50mm lens. It may be true that the f/2.8 aperture is not a perfect solution for this matter. However, it is hardly a reason to complain because you will be shooting using smaller apertures more often during a macro photography session. I have to say that I am very happy with my purchase despite what other people have said about this lens.

GPS tracking systems use a combination of GPS technology, digital mapping, internet, mobile phone network and tracking devices with software to enable business owners to monitor their vehicle’s exact location along with other set of information such as what route was used, speed of the vehicle, when the vehicle was turned on/off and even its fuel consumption.

The working of GPS tracking systems is quite simple. Using the tracking information sent by the series of GPS satellites orbiting around the earth, a GPS receiver evaluates the vehicle’s exact location on the earths surface and then sends the tracking information via mobile network to a remote server. The user can download this tracking information using a computer that is connected to the internet. All the tracking information is displayed on a digital map area which allows you to see the exact location of each and every vehicle with street level accuracy.

There are many great benefits of employing GPS vehicle tracking systems. Few of which includes dispatch and allocate new jobs to the nearest vehicle, improved health and safety, improved routing plan, reducing the average speed of the vehicles, provides transparency to the team’s whereabouts, control and reduce overtime costs, control personal vehicle usage, tax reductions, lower insurance premiums and so on.

As long as your food heats to the proper temperature, it is safe to eat and safe to prepare in your new toaster oven.
